CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Modification & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only under one (1) of the following conditions, whichever occurs first:

Within twelve (12) hours after payment confirmation, OR
-
At least ten (10) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date
If a cancellation meets either of the conditions above, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Immigration / Visa Documentation Notice
Any ticket, voucher, or confirmation issued for immigration, visa, or border-crossing purposes more than ten (10) days prior to departure is strictly non-refundable.
In such cases:

Reservation dates may be changed, subject to availability
-
No refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of cancellation timing
All cancellations made outside the conditions stated above are non-refundable.
4.2 Changes / Modifications
Reservation changes (including date, time, pickup location, or drop-off location) are permitted only up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled departure date and are subject to availability.
Requests submitted within less than five (5) days of departure will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Additional charges may apply if the modification affects, including but not limited to:

Route
-
Vehicle type
-
Distance
-
Waiting time
-
Border crossings, permits, or fees
-
Number of passengers
The company reserves the right to approve or deny any modification request based on operational capacity.
All approved modifications are final once confirmed.
4.3 Late Cancellations & No-Shows
The following situations will be classified as a NO-SHOW, and one hundred percent (100%) of the shuttle cost will be charged:

Cancellations made within five (5) days of departure

Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location and time
-
Failure to respond to reasonable contact attempts
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
4.4 Private Vehicle Services
Private vehicle services are non-refundable and non-cancellable within five (5) days of departure, for any reason.
Approved changes to pickup time, route, waiting time, or service scope may result in additional charges.
Delays caused by the guest may result in service cancellation without refund.
4.5 Airport Shuttle Services
Airport pickups include one (1) hour of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled landing time.

Delays exceeding one (1) hour may incur additional waiting fees

Delays exceeding two (2) hours may result in service cancellation without refund, if the driver is unable to accommodate the revised schedule
Guests are responsible for notifying the company of any flight delays prior to departure.
4.6 No-Show Pickup Policy
If the driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and the passenger cannot be located:
-
The driver will wait a maximum of five (5) minutes
-
The service will then be marked as a NO-SHOW
-
The shuttle will not return
-
No refund will be issued
Passengers must be ready at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time and allow for a pickup window of up to thirty (30) minutes.
4.7 Communication & Requests
All cancellations, modifications, or inquiries must be communicated directly via WhatsApp:

Requests submitted through third parties or last-minute messages may not be honored.
4.8 Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Processing timelines are outside of the company’s control.
4.9 Transfer of Reservation
Reservations may be transferred to another passenger only with prior written approval.
Once transferred:

The original reservation is terminated
-
Any outstanding balance must be settled
-
No refunds will be issued to the original passenger
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Modification & No-Show Policy.
