
CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only under one of the following conditions, whichever occurs first:

Within 24 hours after payment is made, OR
-
At least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date
If the cancellation meets either of these conditions, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Cancellations made outside these conditions are non-refundable.
4.2 Changes / Modifications
Changes to an existing reservation (including date, time, pickup location, or drop-off location) are allowed only up to 5 days prior to the departure date, and are subject to availability.
Any request to modify a reservation within less than 5 days of departure will not be accepted.
Price differences may apply if the modification affects route, vehicle type, distance, or waiting time.
4.3 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 5 days of departure,

Failure to show up at the agreed pickup location and time, or
-
Failure to respond to contact attempts
will be considered a NO-SHOW, and 100% of the shuttle cost will be charged. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
4.4 Private Vehicle Services
Private vehicle services are non-refundable and non-cancellable within 5 days of departure, for any reason.
Any approved changes to pickup time, waiting time, or route may result in additional charges.
Guests must be on time. Delays caused by the guest may result in cancellation without refund.
4.5 Airport Shuttle Services
Airport pickups include one (1) hour of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled landing time.

For delays exceeding one hour, additional waiting fees may apply.

For delays exceeding two (2) hours, we reserve the right to cancel the service without refund if the driver is unable to accommodate the new schedule.
Guests are responsible for notifying us of any flight delays before departure.
4.6 No-Show Policy
If the driver arrives and cannot locate the passenger:

The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes

After this time, the driver will continue to the next service

The shuttle will not return

No refund will be issued
Guests should be ready 30 minutes before pickup time and be prepared for a waiting window of up to 30 minutes.
4.7 Reservation Modifications Contact

Requests made through third parties or last-minute messages may not be honored.
4.8 Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method and financial institution. Processing times are outside of our control.
4.9 Transfer of Reservation
Reservations may be transferred to another passenger with prior approval.
Once transferred:

The original reservation is terminated
-
Any remaining balance must be paid
-
No refunds will be issued to the original guest
