I. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation in shuttle services provided by Shuttle Central America and related activities, including but not limited to risks arising from negligence or carelessness by the parties being released, dangerous or defective equipment, and potential liability without fault. I certify that I am physically fit and have prepared adequately for participation in the shuttle services. I have not been advised against participation by a qualified medical professional, and I acknowledge that there are no health-related issues that would preclude my participation.

II. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to use Shuttle Central America’s services, I agree as follows:
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Shuttle Central America, along with its owners, employees, agents, directors, and volunteers, from any and all liability for injury, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or theft, which may occur during my use of their services, including any travel to and from activities associated with Shuttle Central America.

(B) I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the individuals and entities listed above from any claims or liabilities arising out of my participation in the shuttle services, regardless of whether such claims result from negligence or otherwise. I acknowledge that Shuttle Central America is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any parties involved in the operation of the shuttle services or for any injury or damage that may result from those actions.

III. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
I understand that participation in shuttle services may involve physical and mental challenges and carries the risk of death, serious injury, and property loss. Risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, weather conditions, equipment, other participants, and actions of volunteers and event monitors.

IV. MEDICAL TREATMENT
I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of an injury, accident, or illness while participating in the shuttle services.

V. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
I understand that I may be photographed during the activity/event. I grant permission for my image, video, or likeness to be used for legitimate purposes by Central America Shuttles and its affiliates.

VI. SEVERABILITY
This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

VII. UNDER 18 CONSIDERATION
If the client is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must also accept these terms by clicking the checkbox below:
The undersigned parent or guardian consents to their child’s participation in the shuttle services and agrees, on behalf of the minor, to the terms of this waiver. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify Central America Shuttles from any claims, losses, or damages that arise due to the minor's participation.
